The beach area, playground area, etc. may be reserved for your own event.
Reservations are accepted on a
FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis.
Reservation requests must be made via email at least two weeks prior to the planned date.
If you would like to use the beach area or another area of Chocorua Ski and Beach for your own event,
send an email to the Administrative Assistant with the date and time you would like to reserve. In your email, specify the type of event, the area you would like to use, and the expected number of people. The Administrative Assistant will reply to your request and will enter your reservation here.
The Association President reserves the right to decline reservation requests which would negatively impact other residents, or for other reasons such as too many reservations in a short period of time.
