July 2011: There have been several small fires within the surrounding Tamworth area. Please make sure you are watching the Fire Alert sign on the way into Ski & Beach and plan your fire in accordance with the Fire Alert level.
April 2011: Bears have been seen near Ski & Beach homes, in back yards and on porches. Everyone is reminded to please keep all trash hidden and secure and watch all bird feeders.
